- 1. How to know if housing is available?
You must complete the data on the homepage (top left): arrival date, departure date, number of people and then press "Show Offer." This option allows you to see the offers available for the dates requested.
- 2. How to make a reservation?
You can book online or by phone. Both options require a credit card, except for group bookings where we accept bank transfers for large amounts. We work with Verisign SSL system, which ensures that your card details are protected so that no third party access.
Make a reservation online. Each offer may have different room types available. You will see a button "Book Now" next to each type of room. Clicking on this button opens the payment page with a summary of the characteristics of the lodging and accommodations, and the required fields of your credit card. Once your payment we will show you the confirmation screen and we will send by email.
- 3. How do I view my reservation?
Once payment is verified, showed immediate confirmation on the next screen. This confirmation can be printed. Also emailed a copy of the booking confirmation. You can print a copy of the confirmation on the web, in "My Booking".
- 4. How do I cancel my reservation?
Check our cancellation policy and hotel to cancel without penalty. We do not accept cancellations of reservations by phone or via email. To cancel your reservation you can do on the web in "My booking where you will be asked to confirm twice that you want to cancel your reservation. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send an email of cancellation. Clickxbed.com not accept any cancellation request sent by email to our Customer Service Department, although the request is sent before the deadline for the cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made directly by the web as instructed above.
- 5. How to modify a reservation?
If you want to change your accommodation you must cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. For any modification of the original booking at the same place you can do by going to "My Booking" on the web, where after checking the availability of other dates and rooms you are allowed to make changes if available. Alternatively, by request via email from the same email address you provided at time of booking.
- 6. Do I have to include my son in the number of people?
If your child needs a bed should be included in the number of people. There are some accommodations that offer discount for children. These discounts are announced in the offer and must be claimed upon arrival at the accommodation, to discount the price on the confirmation.
- 7. Is it more expensive to book here, that directly to the property?
Not at all. Clickxbed does not charge any additional tax and verify daily that our prices are the same that owns the hotel direct. We do not charge commission to the traveler, but the accommodation.
Each offer specifies in detail the type of beds, if the rooms are private or shared bathroom if they have full or partial, and if the bathroom is private or shared.
- 9. What if I stay less nights of the booked?
Each unit has its own cancellation policy which is shown on both the supply and the reservation confirmation. Any night you cancel within the hours defined cancellation policy will be penalized by the amount of it.
- 10. Does it show the final price?
If we show the price on offer includes vat. The price on offer is the same as the booking is confirmed.
- 11. What is the amount you pay at time of booking?
Is the rate that the property yields to Clickxbed.com. Not the amount of the first night.
- 12. How secure is the payment system?
The information in your credit card comes to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available in the market, which encrypts and encodes your personal information and credit card. The encryption method we use is "VeriSign Secured, recognized internationally, who have issued our SSL certificate (secure socket layer). VeriSign handles 14 million domain name system (DNS), electronic commerce, 35% of North America and the encryption of the most secure Web sites. - 13. I can pay by bank transfer?
We only accept credit card payments. However, in case of group bookings, you may pay by bank transfer, in this case should be contacted by mail and tell us how many people in the group.
